「駐車所」は、「parking」ではなく、「parking lot」と言います。
「inform」は他動詞なので、誰を知らせるというと、駐車所の名前を知らせるって書いてありますよ。えっ？？
それに、「written on the board」って、何のboard?この同じ看板ってことなんです！でも「written on the …」って書くと、絶対に他の看板という気がします。この場合には、「written above」と書いたらもっと分かりやすいでしょう。
