X milion
Tim says:
How could it be that they got the spelling of “million” correct in the company logo, but wrong in the Web URL?! (I looked it up — the actual URL does have TWO “L”s in it!)
O million

X Recommend cocktail
Tim says:
In English, the infinitive form (不定詞) of the verb is usually the same as the imperative form (命令形). So this phrase appears to mean 「カクテルを薦めて」.
But of course, the intended meaning is NOT to tell the customers to recommend this cocktail to others; it means that the restaurant is recommending the cocktail TO their customers. So the cocktail is being recommended by the restaurant.
O Recommended cocktail
But this phrase sounds a little unnatural. An American menu would probably say something like:
O Today’s special

X Enjoy the Girl!
Tim says:
Here’s one that the advertiser actually corrected! The first one sounds like a bad invitation to men! Perhaps they meant it to mean “Enjoy being a girl”??
Instead, they later corrected it to “Enjoy, girls!” Now they are clearly talking to girls, not to あやしい guys, although I think this phrase is a little bit unclear. Still, it’s not bad.
O Enjoy, girls!
